As a truly functional program, we design our daily workouts to be scaled up-or down-to be accessible to all individuals.
If you are just starting out, or just looking to get back into a workout routine, our bootcamp classes will provide you with a full body workout and help you learn the foundational movements of CrossFit.
These classes focus on Olympic lifts, the snatch and clean and jerk. There isn’t a conditioning portion to the class and is designed for those looking to develop technique or increase personal records.
