This program is one month long (12 classes) and meets at 10:30am or 7:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and 8:30am on Saturday mornings. In this class, you will learn the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit: air squat, front squat, deadlift, strict press, push press, push jerk, overhead squat, and power snatch and some other common movements that you will see in a typical CrossFit class.
Once you “graduate” from this program, then you will be ready to join our regular CrossFit classes and continue on your fitness journey!
