STEP 1

Come join us for a workout

We host free workouts each Saturday at 8:30 AM. If you’re not familiar with CrossFit already, the workouts will give you a taste of what it’s all about – they will be fun, dynamic, and challenging workouts that can be performed by anyone of any fitness level. RSVP using this link.

STEP 2

Join the crew

Before you get going into full classes with us, we put you through our Bootcamp Course. Bootcamp is a 4-week course that teaches you all the fundamental CrossFit movements and exercises as well as provides information on nutrition, mobility, and stability so that you move safely and effectively as you hit the ground running when you go into our classes. Each day will also have an workout to apply what you have learned!  Bootcamp is held every Monday & Wednesday at 9:30am and 7pm as well as Saturday at 8:30am.

Start Training

Now that you’ve completed your Bootcamp course you are ready to sign up for daily classes and start training!
