Our Story
At Overland Park CrossFit, our goal is to bring effective, efficient, and fun fitness to the Overland Park community. We design programs to get you in the best shape of your life, under the guidance of highly skilled coaches. We don’t believe in wandering around the gym wondering what to do, endless hours of running on a treadmill, or months of using the same machines without seeing real results. As part of the Overland Park CrossFit family, you’ll be guided, motivated, and coached every step of the way through unique and structured workouts that will get you fit, fast.
We deliver a personal training experience at less than a third the cost of personal training and create a community of strong, healthy individuals who work hard, play hard, and have fun! By working out with a coach in a group setting you’ll push yourself, be accountable to your peers, and achieve results you never knew were possible for yourself.
