BURN is a 40-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) program targeting every major muscle group for a total body workout!

BURN is a 40-minute HIIT class designed for individuals who just want to move and get a great sweat without the barbell.  It’s also a great entry-point option for individuals looking to get into CrossFit long-term but aren’t yet ready to take the leap.  BURN is different from our regular CrossFit class in several different ways:

  • Burn will have daily workout target areas for different parts of the body. Examples: 
    • Mondays – lower body and core 
    • Tuesdays and Thursdays – cardio 
    • Wednesdays – upper body and core 
    • Fridays – total body 
  • The programming will incorporate more non-traditional CrossFit movements such as flutter kicks, mountain climbers, tuck jumps, etc.
  • As mentioned, there will be no barbell movements in BURN.
