Barbell is a weekly barbell class focused on driving improvement in the traditional Olympic lifts.  Each week, the class will focus on a different lift (week 1: Clean, week 2: Snatch, week 3: Jerk, etc.).  Most of the work will be done with an empty barbell or very light weight to ensure that athletes are reinforcing good movement patterns and proper technique.
